However, in modern supplements, the same plant, labeled as Tribulus is marketed differently, mainly as a testosterone booster and for gym performance and libido support. 

Most commercial products use Tribulus extract standardized to 40–60% saponins, making it more concentrated and targeted compared to the traditional whole herb. 

When it comes to combining it with Shilajit, both actually complement each other well, Shilajit supports energy, recovery, and overall vitality, while Gokshura supports libido and urinary health. 

If you are using a combo supplement that already contains both Shilajit and Gokshura, it is safe to take, but you should avoid adding extra Gokshura or Tribulus separately to prevent unnecessary overconsumption.

It provides a total dose of 1100 mg per serving and comes in easy-to-digest vegan capsules.

However, I stopped taking it after three weeks because I experienced mild headaches. I believe this may have been due to overdosage, as I was also taking other medications at the time. That said, the product itself is good.

You can use Shilajit with Gokshura, but I highly recommend checking the supplement facts label carefully—especially the exact amount of Shilajit and Gokshura included—to ensure proper balance and stay healthy.
